10^th SABIS^® Regional Sports Tournament

SIS-Adma students participated in the 10^th SABIS^® Regional Sports Tournament which took place at SABIS^® International Schools of Dubai Investments Park and Sharjah. The event attracted over 1000 SABIS^® athletes from 23 SABIS^® schools representing 12 countries from around the world.

Teams from Germany, Romania, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Egypt, Bahrain, Lebanon, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kurdistan Iraq and Jordan competed enthusiastically in swimming, basketball, soccer, sprint, relay, and long jump.

Our winners:

Under 12 25 m Backstroke:       Tracy Chemaya (G4) - Bronze Medal

Under 16 25 m Breaststroke:     Caline Hatem (G9) - Bronze Medal

Long Jump girls under 16:       Rashel Lahoud (G10) - Bronze Medal

It is worth noting that our Grade 6 student Robin Abboud hit a new record in the Girls U12 60 meter sprint (8.31s).
